Freestore Foodbank holds a Rubber Duck Regatta each year. Truesense helps promote this event with direct mail and digital marketing. I get to work on the direct mail portion of the campaign. This project is a joy, as we get to try new things frequently and refresh the creative each year, based on the client's event theme.
In 2025, TrueSense attended the DMAW MAXI Awards and brought home the first ever OmniWOW Award for the entire Duck Regatta campaign!
The direct mail portion of the campaign included a letter with a freemium sticker sheet in both the acquisition and follow-up cultivation packages.
Bonus: The campaign finished out with a response rate of over 2%.
